Let the team at Mindframe support and augment your child’s distance learning this school year. We offer onsite, full-day oversight for students in Loudoun and Fairfax counties.
Our experienced teachers ensure your child attends all of her virtual classes and understands the content. Your child will be learning with a small group of friends, wearing masks and staying six feet apart.

My son was very excited to attend several STEM camps this past summer and I loved that he was learning while also having fun. He’s now in 1st grade and attends the academic school year program 5 days a week, which has been a lifesaver! His AMAZING teacher regularly updates me on his activities and progress and helps him stay on track to complete his assignments. She also finds additional fun, creative, and educational activities for the kids on their asynchronous learning days while still maintaining a routine that helps keep them on schedule. I’m very grateful that Mindframe provides me peace of mind and my son a fun, safe, and educational environment where his teachers take excellent care of him.
We’ve been very happy with our child’s progress at Mindframe! The Mindframe teacher has been awesome at helping her with her distance learning and giving me detailed reports of her day. It took a few days of adjusting, but overall our daughter has been really engaged with the lessons and has been working well with her peers. I also like the schedules that teacher puts in place for asynchronous days because it helps keep her on track with her core competencies in math and language arts. The activities for STEM are really hands-on too, which I appreciate because it’s giving my daughter exposure to a lot of different skill sets while having fun at the same time. Her teachers at her school even commented how well she has been doing so we are definitely very pleased.
Mindframe teachers aren’t just here to assist your student with his or her coursework. Due to the low student to teacher ratio (8:1) at Mindframe Academy, if your student quickly works through their classroom assigned materials, Mindframe teachers will provide him/her with additional activities that correspond to their lesson as well as introduce more advanced lessons if your child demonstrates proficiency on any given subject.

Our teachers will provide personalized schoolwork and homework help for all students. Students will be placed in small groups (with social distancing) for academic and STEM classes.
Daily STEM classes included in the full-day and extended day program. STEM classes include – Programming, Robotics, Game Design, Digital Arts, Engineering, and Science. Students select the STEM subjects they’re interested in and take classes and work on projects to learn at their own pace. Students will have the opportunity to work on individual and collaborative STEM projects.
As part of the STEM enrichment classes, students will also have the opportunity to participate in online competitions such as coding, robotics, math, science.

Get a 5% discount for spring semester commitment. The semester plan tuition will be payable in two installments (Jan, Feb). We offer flexible attendance options and you can change your attendance days.

Each day our teachers will organize students by grade level into small groups, and will work with each student to accommodate their specific class schedule.

Our teachers will be available to provide 1:1 tutoring for STEM subjects (Coding, Digital Arts, Game Design, Science) and Academics (Math, Language Arts, Spanish). Tutoring fees: $25 (30 mins) and $45 (60 mins). Onsite and online tutoring will be available.
Mindframe Academy tuition includes all camp days when schools are closed. This includes teacher workdays, snow days, winter break, and spring break. Mindframe is closed on these federal holidays – Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, and Memorial Day.
Mindframe will continue to offer it’s After School Program for K-8 students onsite at Ashburn and Reston and online.
