Your child will spend the day learning how to think and work like an engineer, scientist, creative designer, and developer. They will be challenged to use analytical thinking, problem solving, and teamwork to create hands-on activities and real-world projects.

School breaks do not have to mean long days spent on screens or parents taking personal days. When school is out, Mindframe Camps are in session. Camps will be available on the following school holidays:

Our summer camps offer a one-of-kind experience that combines fun and learning for kids.

Camps for all levels – We offer camps for all levels from our youngest learners to advanced STEM for high schoolers.
Balanced Activities – Throughout the camp day, students have breaks (indoor and outdoor), social time, and free play time.

COVID-19 Safety Procedures

To ensure the safety of our students and staff, we implement multiple safety precautions at our camps:

Social distancing during student drop-off & pickup (parents will queue outside and one family will be allowed in at a time)
Grouping students in small sections of no more than 8 students
Regular cleaning of high-touch surface areas
Students separated during class and have their own supplies, computers, etc.
Regular hand washing breaks
Wearing protective coverings

Morning

8:00am–9:00am: AM Extended Care
9:00am–9:15am: Full Day & AM Half Day student check-in
9:15am: Course instruction & project work; let the tech fun begin!
10:30am: Break & snack time
12:00pm: Lunch; AM Half Day student pick up

Afternoon

12:45pm-1:00pm: PM Half Day student check-in
1:00pm: Course instruction & project work
2:30pm: Break & snack time
3:00pm: Course instruction & project work
4:00pm: Full Day & PM Half Day student pick up
4:15pm: PM Extended Care
4:15pm-5:00pm: Academic Tutoring
6:00pm: Extended Care pick up

Two snacks are provided by Mindframe. Fresh delivered lunches are available for additional cost or pack a lunch for your child.

What Our Campers Can Expect

With an 8:1 student to teacher ratio, each camp includes instruction on the concepts and technologies, and fun, hands-on projects & activities. All camps include a variety of fun break activities (indoors and outdoors), including games, challenges, and social time.

Your child will:

Use real-world tools and the latest technologies
Take part in individual and group projects to see their learning in action
Be grouped by age and/or skill level to learn and apply their new skills at a suitable pace
Learn from tech-savvy, experienced designers, developers and engineers with expertise in their fields
Present their new creations and show off their skills to family and friends

FAQs

How can I add extended care (8a-6p) ?

Yes, you can add extended care for the entire week ($80) or for a single day ($20). Send us an email with the request, and we will add it to your order.

I registered for multiple camps. How and when are the discounts applied?

Summer program multi-camp discounts are applied after the initial order is completed online. Choose the ‘Pay Later’ option on the checkout screen. We will apply the discount and send an invoice with the adjusted balance. Payments for multi camp plans must be made via ACH or check. You can request payment in 2 or 3 installments.

How change or cancel my student’s summer camp ?

All changes to summer camp orders must be done via email. There is no charge for changing summer camps for same price. Just let us know via email about the change, and we will take care of it. There is a $95 non-refundable deposit for each camp. There are no refunds for camps after June 1st. Store credit is provided for cancelled camps less $95 deposit.

How does tutoring work during summer camp day?

Private tutoring sessions are available as an add-on option for any summer camp day. Tutoring sessions are conducted between 4:00pm – 5:00pm. Session options are discounted for summer camp students – 30 mins ($25), 45 mins ($35), 60 mins ($45).
